How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

How do I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at riwajbys@gmail.com  with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
